Morning Wood | July Event

The grass is cut, the cooler is stocked, and somebody forgot to button their shirt!

Join Morning Wood for Dad Bods & Backyard BBQs, a celebration of summer's finest tradition: hot dads pretending they're "just doing a little yard work" - we've all seen the beginning of this vid! Think cutoff shorts, backwards hats, cold drinks, and enough sunscreen to cover all the places that somehow missed a spot.

Wear
Shorts, speedos, a towel, or anything soft, cute, and easy to slip out of. Dress for the sunshine and bring some sunscreen! 

Reminders
• Please bring a towel this time! We have a pool and a slip n slide
• You must have a ticket to get into the party - please make sure you purchased a ticket, and email us at loads@morningwoodparty.com for a confirmation.
• We now have lockers! Please bring a lock to ensure your valuables are safe - Morning Wood Members get first dibs, space is limited.
• Non-alcoholic mixers will be available, including orange juice, Fresca, and sodas. Our alcohol policy follows the same approach used by venues like Red Butte Garden or Fervor.
• First-timer? Fill out the Orientation Form on our site before arrival
• Phones stay checked with your clothes or in your car or at home (please don’t pull them out during the party).
• Parking is limited, so ride share, TRAX, or arrive with your crew
• Please make sure to cover up when outside - while we love to see it, we also need to be nice neighbors.

We partner with UAF to help keep our community healthy. They offer free and reduced-cost HIV and STI testing and treatment, plus primary care centered around LGBTQ folks. If you are getting frisky, be smart and stay up on your status.
