Morning Wood is a private, invitation-only event for individuals 21 years of age or older. All prospective attendees must complete an orientation form and agree to the terms outlined herein. Submission of an application does not guarantee membership or an invitation.
Morning Wood reserves the right to approve or deny any application at its sole discretion and to revoke membership or access to any event at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of community guidelines, disrespectful conduct, or any behavior deemed inappropriate by the event organizers.

All guests are expected to maintain a respectful, consensual, and mature environment. Any form of harassment, non-consensual contact, or breach of community trust will result in immediate removal and permanent ban from future events.
Phones must be checked and not used within common areas. Unauthorized photography or videography is strictly prohibited.

All attendees are required to complete a one-time digital Waiver and Liability Release Form before attending and will be required to fill out and sign a paper waiver and liability form the first time they attend a Morning Wood event.
Morning Wood takes all reasonable precautions to ensure a safe and secure space, but cannot be held liable for any personal injury, lost or stolen property, or other incidents that occur during or after the event.

We respect your privacy. Personal information submitted through the member application or waiver is kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of vetting, communication, and event management. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties.
Photos and videos taken by the Morning Wood team (if applicable) will be captured only in designated areas and with full consent. No identifiable imagery of guests will ever be publicly shared without explicit permission.

Morning Wood is a privately hosted event. The hosts and event organizers reserve the absolute right to deny entry or revoke access at any time, with or without explanation. This includes—but is not limited to—violations of stated rules, disruptive behavior, or any conduct deemed to compromise the integrity, safety, or energy of the experience.

Event details, including location and access instructions, are provided only to approved guests. All event donations are final and non-refundable, except in cases where an event is cancelled by the organizers.
